The event celebrates HoYoverse titles with themed booths, merchandise, and an Artist Alley.

Do I need to register for the event?
Registration is not required for this event. You can choose to purchase your ticket online or simply walk into the on-site ticket counter without prior registration. However, please note that tickets are limited in quantity, and queue conditions may vary from time to time.
Can I enter the Check In Zone multiple times?
No. You may enter the Check In Zone only once throughout the event. To join the queue, you must present your Stamp Collection Pamphlet for verification.
Before entering the Check In Zone, please ensure you have decided which freebies you would like to redeem and have completed the designated tasks (or complete them while waiting in the queue). Once you have completed your redemption and exited the Check In Zone, you will not be allowed to re-enter for additional redemptions.
Can I redeem the same freebie multiple times during my first visit to the Game Booths?
No, each freebie is limited to one redemption per Stamp Collection Pamphlet. You must present your Stamp Collection Pamphlet for verification to redeem the freebie after completing the designated booth task.
Will there be merchandise for sale at the event?
Yes, merchandise for Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero will be available for purchase at the event venue. For the full merchandise list, please refer to the HoYo FEST 2026 Official Website. Do note that merchandise is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
How can I get a free Instant Photo at the Photo Booth?
Collect any 1 stamp from the Experience Zone, Check In Zone and the Game Booths – Genshin Impact Booth, Honkai: Star Rail Booth, and Zenless Zone Zero Booth. Once completed, head to the Photo Booth and simply present your Stamp Collection Pamphlet for verification to redeem your free Instant Photo
