About this event

All participants are required to purchase a wristband or a ticket that can be exchanged to a wristband. On-site sales will be limited to PM Entry wristbands that can only enter after 12:30 with long waiting times. Other types of tickets/wristbands need to be pre-purchased. There will be no possibility to enter free of charge. Early Entry ticket[sold out]: Will be first to enter when the event starts at 10:30. This is to prevent people from waiting overnight near the venue trying to queue up early (this was always forbidden and is a serious safety and neighborhood issue endangering the continuing of the event). They will be sold via TicketPay in a lottery system. Must be issued under each participant’s own name to prevent scalpers (a matching passport or Japanese-government-issued photo ID is required. Only originals are accepted. Photos or copies are not accepted). Lottery application period: June 26 - July 6 Cosplay Changing Room Early Entry ticket[sold out]: Allows entry into the Changing Rooms before the opening of the event. However, Cosplayers are not allowed to leave the Changing Room and Cosplay Area until 11:00. Also sold via TicketPay in a lottery system. Must be issued under each participant’s own name to prevent scalpers (a matching passport or Japanese-government-issued photo ID is required. Only originals are acepted. Photos or copies are not accepted). Lottery application period: June 26 - July 6 AM Entry wristband: Can queue on the line that will start entering at 11:00 after the Early Entry queue. The wristband will be sold via Japanese anime shops and their e-commerce sites while inventory lasts (no lottery but limited numbers). International participants unable to visit stores can use eplus to buy a e-ticket that can be exchanged to a wristband on-site (numbers might be limited due to capacity reasons, first-come-first-serve). Sale start July 11 PM Entry wristband: Can enter the venue after 12:30. Will be sold at anime shops in Japan as long as inventory lasts at each shop, and on-site on each day after 12:30. Since long waiting lines are expected, please try to purchase one beforehand. Sale start July 11. Advance purchase at a store is strongly recommended. One child (15 years or younger) can enter for free together with one adult holding a ticket/wristband.
